What to expect
The Dam at Raintree is Denmark's newest venue offering seasonal, local Australian produce with a diverse menu that caters for both casual shared dishes and set menu options. Situated on Raintree Estate; an 880-acre family-run farm producing black Angus cattle, commercial hemp, French black truffles and marron, our restaurant is proud to present a true paddock-to-plate experience. Our on-site distillery, Cannabis Botanical Distillery, produces unique spirits, seltzers and ginger beer from Cannabis sativa (hemp) that are available to taste as you learn about the unique process of hemp farming and distillation.
Things to look out for
Diverse agri-business showcasing unique ingredients, including hemp, marron, truffle and grass-fed beef. The first distillery to use and recycle the whole hemp plant creating uniquely sustainable products with nothing wasted. Modern restaurant with stunning views over water, forrests and surrounding pasture, suitable for casual group dining or more intimate meals.
