Stroll through the stunning tropical fish and coral exhibits before heading over to see the endangered Hawaiian Monk Seals lounging around soaking in the sun. Discover Waikiki Aquarium’s critter of the month and learn about the South Pacific marine communities.

    Things to look out for

Waikiki Aquarium has a strong focus on conservation and sustainability, and many of their programs and research are unique to Hawaii. This special experience will teach you all about some of the most endangered species and what types of conservation efforts are currently underway.

Make sure you check out your free Audio Tour Wand, which will guide you around the Aquarium and provide loads of interesting information.

    Helpful Tips

Although there is plenty to see and do, Waikiki Aquarium is small enough to cover in half a day. Arrive in the morning if you want to see the seals at their most active.

It is recommended you bring sunscreen and a hat since there are plenty of outside exhibits to visit.
