In celebration of a good olive harvest, twin Swartland towns host the popular annual Reibeek Valley Olive Festival. Nestled at the foot of the Kasteelberg mountain, the valley, known for its array of find produce, comes alive and opens its doors to the outside world. The Galileo Open Air Cinema
This Open Air Cinema offers a movie experience with all of the cinematic delights except you can enjoy it outdoors with the backdrop of gorgeous scenery at some of Cape Town’s top venues. Each day of the week the cinema is set up at a different venue around Cape Town. For example, on Wednesdays you will find it at the Kirstenbosch Gardens and Thursdays you will find it at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. The cinema starts around sunset.
