Upon purchase of this package (Package) as supplied by iVenture, a card (Card), designated by a display of the iVenture logo, will be electronically loaded with tickets, coupons, points or a pass (Tickets) which may enable the Card holder to obtain certain benefits (Benefits) when the Card is presented to the attractions, restaurants or other operators (Operators) as detailed in the guide provided to the customer at time of issuance of the Card or at www. iventurecard.com (collectively the “Product Information”). By purchasing this Package you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions: i) Each Package provides Benefits up to the following full public entry values: Adult 3 Ticket Flexi Pack £125; Child 3 Ticket Flexi Pack £115; Adult 5 Ticket Flexi Pack £185; Child 5 Ticket Flexi Pack £155; Adult 7 Ticket Flexi Pack £235; Child 7 Ticket Flexi Pack £180; Adult 10 Ticket Flexi Pack £275; Child 10 Ticket Flexi Pack £220; Adult 5 Day Pass £415; Child 5 Day Pass £330 ii) Packages purchased online and selected for collection must be collected within 6 months of date of purchase; ii) All Tickets and the Card will automatically expire 31 days from date of issuance of a Card unless otherwise detailed in the Guide or other marketing collateral supplied at time of purchase iii) You many not return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second or subsequent time; iv) A Card holder my redeem valid Tickets to redeem the Benefits stated in the Product Information upon presentation of a valid Card and there being a sufficient Ticket balance. All Operators listed are contractually bound with iVenture to provide the Benefits without further payment (unless otherwise stated in the Guide), subject to their normal admission criteria. iVenture will use all reasonable endeavours to facilitate the provision of the Benefits in accordance with these terms, however, iVenture shall not be responsible, or liable for and loss damage, expense, or inconvenience, if any Operator, contrary to the terms of iVenture’s contract with them, unlawfully and with no good cause, refuses a Benefit in accordance with the terms as outlined in the Product Information. V) Refunds will not be provided for any unused Benefits or lost or stolen Cards; vi) Benefits presented in the Product Information may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with the Operator prior to use of the Card; vii) To the extent permitted by law, iVenture disclaims all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Card, Product Information and Benefits; viii) All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other thing in respect of the use of any Benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator; ix) iVenture limits our liability or warranties implied by statute or otherwise by resupplying the relevant services; and x) All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Card, Product Information or any related material is owned or licensed by iVenture.
