What is an iVenture Card package?

An iVenture Card package includes a range of attractions, experiences and things to do all on one single smartcard. Each iVenture Card is loaded with a package of your choice. Your choice of experiences varies depending on which package you choose. Each package provides you with the flexibility to create your own experience.

How do I use my iVenture Card?

Using your iVenture Card is easy! Choose the package that suits you best. You can purchase it online or at one of our conveniently located stores at your destination. Once you have your card, you can pick and choose what you would like to see and do by using your free, easy reference guide. Our interactive map on the website can help you to easily plan your itinerary. When you are ready to start using your card, simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. For some attractions, you can skip the line.

What are the benefits of an iVenture Card package?

With your iVenture Card, you will receive great savings and value whether travelling alone or as a group. We offer flexible package arrangements to suit your travel plans. Every package offers free admission to loads of top attractions for key tourist destinations around the world. Not only will you save money on your travels but you will also feel supported. Every iVenture Card comes with a free colour attractions guide and you can use our interactive map online to help plan your itinerary. Finally, you will have cash free entry to attractions and don’t have to worry about carrying bulky tickets.

Does the iVenture Card package come with a guide?

Yes. You will receive a free full colour, easy to reference guide with your card. The guides provide all of the information that you need about the attractions and it includes a handy map. In addition, you can use our interactive map online and view the specific location and proximity of all of the attractions and experiences included in your package. This can help you plan your travel schedule as well as get street directions. Print out of copy of the map and directions and take it with you.

Is there an iVenture Card package for children?

Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. Our London iVenture Card packages are available for children aged between 4 and 15. Children who are 16 or older will need an Adult package.

Do you have a family iVenture Card package?

No. There are currently no family packages available and each member of your party will require their own package. However the savings are substantial for family groups too.

What is a London Flexi Pass?

The London Flexi Attractions Pass can be purchased with 3, 5, 7 or 10 attractions tickets and provides you with flexibility to choose the attractions that you wish to see and the ability to see them in one day or over one month! It’s totally up to you. This package is great for locals and for those that might not be able to commit to consecutive days. Please note, benefits may be redeemed once and restaurant service charges may apply.

How long are the London iVenture Card packages valid for?

Packages purchased online and selected for collection must be collected within 6 months of the date of purchased.

What happens if attraction prices change?

Attraction ticket prices change for time to time, however once you have purchased your iVenture Card, your attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the package you purchased. Attraction price changes won’t affect them

Attractions and Other Venues

Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?

No. Your iVenture Card is all you need to gain access to the attraction.

Do the iVenture Card packages include all attractions in a city or region?

No. However, iVenture Card packages offer free entry to a large range of the best attractions and venues available in a city or region. The range for each location varies by package and our range is growing all the time. Up to date information about the attractions in each package can be viewed in the included Attractions tab located in each package page.

Are the attractions or venues open at all times?

Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.

Can I return to the same attraction using my iVenture Card?

No. The iVenture Card is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can, different attractions and experiences. iVenture Card benefits can only be redeemed once per person.

Planning

Do I have to pre-book for any tours?

Due to limited availability on some tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted this on your guide and on the relevant travel destination website in the attraction details.

Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?

Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or service charges and holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your iVenture Card package guide or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.

Can I buy an iVenture Card package as a gift?

Yes, iVenture Card packages are an excellent gift for, kids, friends and relatives. Cards are activated at the first time of use.

Can I purchase an iVenture Card package prior to arrival?

Yes and we recommend it. iVenture Card packages can be purchased online or at one of our store locations.
