Surf ski paddling is the most enjoyable way to that cardio, strength and abdominal workout whilst being surrounded by beautiful Sydney Harbour. Our outdoor playground is a safe, flat, water/wind protected area, creating the perfect condition to learn how to paddle.
In your 1 hour lesson we provide you with the latest fiberglass/carbon surf ski & paddle. Our qualified paddling coach will be guiding you with the correct paddling technique, helpful hints on paddling to all conditions whilst enjoying the Sydney Harbour views and attractions.
