What is an iVenture Card package?
A Pass from iVenture Card includes a range of attractions, experiences and things to do all on one single smartcard. Each iVenture Card is loaded with a package of your choice. Your choice of experiences varies depending on which package you choose. Each package provides you with the flexibility to create your own experience.
How do I use my iVenture Card?
Using your iVenture Card is easy! Choose the package that suits you best. You can purchase it online or at one of our conveniently located stores at your destination. Once you have your card, you can pick and choose what you would like to see and do by using your free, easy reference guide. Our interactive map on the website can help you to easily plan your itinerary. When you are ready to start using your card, simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. For some attractions, you can skip the line.
What are the benefits of an iVenture Card package?

Does the Attractions Pass come with a guide?
Download the iVenture Card App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store, download your Pass, wishlist your favourites and follow the maps. Simple!
Is there an Attractions Pass for children?
Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. Our range of attractions packages is available for children aged between 4 and 15. Children who are 16 or older will need an Adult package. Children under 3 are subject to fees payable to individual attractions.
Do you have a family iVenture Card package?
No, currently we don’t offer a family package. Each member of your family will require their own card. However, the savings are still substantial.
How long is the iVenture package valid for?
Validity periods vary by package type and destination. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
Do I have to use my iVenture Card in consecutive days?
This only applies to our Unlimited Attraction Pass. All unlimited Attraction Pass packages are based on the number of day’s duration you purchased. For example, the Unlimited Sydney Attractions Pass package can be purchased for use over 3 or 7 consecutive days. If you purchase a 3-day package and you start to use it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week.
If your travel plans do not suit consecutive days of use, then you may be interested in the flexi attraction passes in which you can choose 3, 5 or 7 tickets.
What time does the Unlimited Attractions Pass package run out?
The card will expire on the on the final calendar day of your consecutive period. It is not based on 24 hour periods. For an example, if you purchase a 3-day attraction pass and begin to use it on Wednesday it will be valid until Friday.
What cities are included in the Australia Multi-City Pack?
The Australia Multi-City Pass provides you admission to Australia's famous attractions, tours, cruises and things to in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns and Tasmania. It can be used in one city or across multiple cities. It’s ideal for those travellers that are exploring various cities in Australia and has a flexible validity of 3 months.
What happens if attraction prices change?
Attraction ticket prices change from time to time, however, once you have purchased your iVenture Card, your attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the package you purchased. Attraction price changes won’t affect them

Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?
No. Your iVenture Card is all you need to gain access to the attraction
Do the iVenture Card packages include all attractions in a city or region?
iVenture Card packages offer entry to a large range of the best attractions and venues available in a city or region. The range for each location varies by package and our range is growing all the time. Up to date information about the attractions in each package can be viewed in the included Attractions tab located in each package page.
Are the attractions or venues open at all times?
Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.
Can I return to the same attraction using my iVenture Card?
No. The iVenture Card is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can, different attractions and experiences. iVenture Card benefits can only be redeemed once per person.
Do I have to pre-book for any tours?
Some attractions require a pre-booking and we have noted where pre-bookings are required on the relevant travel destination attraction pages on the website, iVenture Card App and My Account. We advise you to book 48 hours in advance where necessary.
Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?
Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your iVenture Card package guide or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.
Are there any special conditions for the Oz Jet Boating Ride?
You must be over 120cm of height.
Can I buy a Sydney Attractions Pass as a gift?
Yes. An iVenture Card is an excellent gift idea for friends and relatives. Gift-giving couldn't be easier! Just pick the destination and package type you would like to give and the recipient can choose what they want to do and when. A thoughtful gift to help create memories. Cards are activated at the first time of use.
Can I purchase an iVenture Card package prior to arrival?
Yes, we recommend you purchase your iVenture Card Pass online before arrival, your iPass will be sent to you via email and ready to use upon your arrival. Make sure to download the iVenture Card App available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before you leave so you avoid any internet charges overseas.
Is a transport option included on any iVenture Cards available in Sydney?
How do I get to the Blue Mountains?
Trains to Katoomba in the Blue Mountains depart from Central Railway Station. For timetable and fare enquiries please visit www.transport.nsw.gov.au.
Alternatively, if you have a car, it is a 90 minutes drive from Sydney.
