General Questions

What is an iVenture Card Pass?

A Pass from iVenture Card includes a range of attractions, experiences and things to do all on one single downloadable pass. The iVenture Card is not a discount pass, in most destinations there is no more to pay for entry. Your choice of experiences varies depending on which pass type you choose. Each pass provides you with the flexibility to create your own experience. In most destinations the Pass is delivered to you via email as a QR code. 

How do I use my iVenture Card?

Using your iVenture Card is easy! Choose the pass that suits you best and purchase it online. You'll be emailed your Pass which you download to your phone or download the iVenture Card App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. When you are ready to start using your Pass, simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. For some attractions, you can skip the line. Some attractions may require you to book ahead. 

What are the benefits of a Pass from iVenture Card ?

A Pass from iVenture Card offers convenience, flexibility, ease of use and some serious savings. No need to stand in line to purchase tickets, lots of different pass types to suit your travelling style and contactless entry with our digital Pass. Use the iVenture Card App to store your Pass and to organise your itinerary.

Does the iVenture Card pass come with a guide?

Download the iVenture Card App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store, download your Pass, wishlist your favourites and follow the maps. Simple!

Is there an iVenture Card Package for children?

Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. Our range of attractions packages is available for children.  Child ages vary depending on the destination so please check the pass information for your chosen destination. Children under the minimum child age for that destination will generally be free and do not require a pass, however where attractions do charge for children below this minimum age, this can be paid direct to the attraction.

Do you have a family iVenture Card pass?

No, currently we don’t offer a family pass. Each member of your family will require their own card. However, the savings are still substantial.

How long is the iVenture Card Pass valid for?

Each destination pass has different validity periods and you should carefully review this at time of purchase.

Unused passes

  • Australia passes - unused passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
  • All other destinations – unused passes are valid for 2 years from date of purchase.
  • Please note that the Dubai Expo 2020 Select Pass is only valid during Dubai Expo from 1 Oct 2021 – 31 March 2022.

  • Sydney Sydney Fun Pass – 14 days from first use
  • Sydney Cultural Pass – 14 days from first use
  • Sydney Flexi Pass – 3 months from date of first use
  • Sydney Unlimited Pass – 3 or 7 days from first use depending on pass purchased

Melbourne

  • Melbourne Flexi Pass – 3 months from date of first use
  • Melbourne Unlimited Pass – 3 or 7 days from first use depending on pass purchased

Gold Coast

  • Gold Coast Flexi Pass – 3 months from date of first use

AU Multi City

  • AU Multi City Flexi Pass – 3 months from date of first use

Dubai

  • Dubai Flexi Pass – 7 days from date of first use
  • Dubai Select Pass – 7 days from first use

Do I have to use my iVenture Card in consecutive days?

This only applies to Unlimited Attraction Passes which provides you with the choice to use the card over a set number of consecutive days. If you purchase a 5-day pass and you start to use it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday of that week. Your Unlimited Attractions Pass pass is valid for calendar days, not for 24-hour periods.

What happens if attraction prices change?

Attraction ticket prices change from time to time, however, once you have purchased your iVenture Card, your attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the pass you purchased. Attraction price changes won’t affect them.

Attractions and Other Venues

Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?

Most attractions do not require ID, and your iVenture Card iPass or pre-booked ticket (where applicable) is all you need to gain access to the attraction.  However some individual attractions may require ID to be presented which will be listed on the relevant attraction page and/or advised on your booking confirmation for pre-booked attractions.

Do the iVenture Card Passes include all attractions in a city or region?

No, however iVenture Card packages offer entry to a large range of the best attractions and venues available in a city or region. The range for each location varies by pass and our range is growing all the time. Up to date information about the attractions in each pass can be viewed in the included Attractions tab located on each pass page.

Are the attractions or venues open at all times?

Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.

Can I return to the same attraction using my iVenture Card?

No. The iVenture Card is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can of different attractions and experiences. iVenture Card benefits can only be redeemed once per person per attraction.

Planning

Do I have to pre-book for any experiences or tours?

Some attractions require a pre-booking and we have noted where pre-bookings are required on the relevant travel destination attraction pages on the website, iVenture Card App and My Account. We advise you to book 48 hours in advance where necessary.

Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?

Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your iVenture Card pass guide or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.

Ticket Collection for some tours and attractions

Some attractions may require you to collect a ticket for entry. Please consult the iVenture Card App carefully for Collection Information before arriving at your chosen attraction.

Purchase

Can I buy an iVenture Card pass as a gift?

Yes. An iVenture Card is an excellent gift idea for friends and relatives. Gift-giving couldn't be easier! Just pick the destination and pass type you would like to give and the recipient can choose what they want to do and when. A thoughtful gift to help create memories. Cards are activated the first time of use.

Can I purchase an iVenture Card pass prior to arrival?

Yes, we recommend you purchase your iVenture Card Pass online before arrival, your Pass will be sent to you via email and ready to use upon your arrival. Make sure to download the iVenture Card App available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before you leave so you avoid any internet charges overseas.

Can I purchase an iVenture Card pass after arrival?

Yes. Passes from iVenture Cards can be purchased at your destination after arrival online. Passes will be emailed immediately. Please check your spam inbox if you have not received it after purchase. Please note some attractions and tours require a pre-booking 48 hours in advance.

Where can I purchase an iVenture Card pass?

You can purchase your pass in advance online at www.iventurecard.com. 

Transport Options?

Is there a transport option included on any iVenture Cards?

Yes, Some attractions provide transportation in order to ensure that you arrive on time. Adding to this you can easily get around to all the great attractions included on the iVenture Card by using the HOHO City Sightseeing bus as one of your tickets where available.
