Terms and Conditions


iVenturecard.com is provided by iVenture Holdings Pty Ltd. Payments made via iventurecard.com will be processed by iVenture Card International Pty Ltd,  ABN 47 148 173 719 Level 14, 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia. The terms and conditions of each iVenture card vary by destination and are governed by the local operator. A payment processing fee of 1.5% is applied to purchases made by credit or debit card. This will be added to the total price of your purchase at payment. We take payment security seriously and as such orders are subject to manual review. Upon purchase you will receive a payment receipt, please allow up to 48 hours for the manual review process to be completed, once approved your voucher will be sent via email.

These terms and conditions of purchase are presented by iVenture Card International Pty Ltd,  ABN 47 148 173 719 (iVenture), the operator of iVenture Card packages. Upon purchase of this package (Package), a card (Card), designated by a display of the iVenture logo, will be electronically loaded with tickets, coupons, points or a pass (Tickets) which may enable the Card holder to obtain certain benefits (Benefits) when the Card is presented to the attractions, restaurants or other operators (Operators) as detailed in the guide (Guide).

By purchasing this Package you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

i) Packages purchased online and selected for collection must be collected within 12 months of the date of purchase;

ii) The validity of Tickets issued on purchase of a Package may be, based on the specific Package purchased as detailed in the Guide, limited to a set number of consecutive calendar days from the date of first use of any Package Benefit and/or limited to a set Ticket quantity;

iii) Any unused Benefits included on Flexi and Combo Packages will expire three months from the date of first use, any unused Benefits on an Unlimited Package will expire twelve months from the date of card issuance.

iv) You may not return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second or subsequent time;

v) All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any unused Benefits or lost or stolen Cards;

vi) Benefits presented in this Guide may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with the Operator prior to use of the Card;

vii) To the extent permitted by law, iVenture disclaims all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Card, Guide and Benefits;

viii) All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other thing in respect of the use of any Benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator;

ix) iVenture limits our liability or warranties implied by statute or otherwise by resupplying the relevant services; and

x) All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Card, app or any related material are owned or licensed by iVenture Card International.


GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING REFUNDS

Refunds are at the discretion of iVenture Card and may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • iVenture is unable to deliver a pass in its entirety which a customer has purchased; or
  • The customer is proven to be entitled to a refund pursuant to any local laws.

Notwithstanding a customer’s rights under any local laws, refunds cannot be given for any of the following reasons:

  • Failure to review and consider all information presented on the iVenture Card website prior to purchase
  • Changes to, or temporary closures of included attractions
  • A pass has been redeemed or partially redeemed
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect choice
  • Financial hardship
  • If you make a payment but want or have seen a different price elsewhere
  • Unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of local attractions
  • Misconduct
  • Late to a booking

Customers are advised to consider all information provided on the iVenture website, including the FAQs, Terms and Conditions, and Fees and Charges, before purchasing.

Provided the customer is entitled to the refund and all necessary documents have been provided, iVenture will process the refund within thirty (30) business days from receiving the refund request into the same credit card and in the same currency, the purchase was made.

Where a refund is granted, all pending bookings and/or passes will be cancelled.

iVenture does not take any responsibility for any bank charges or exchange rate fluctuations by the issuing bank.
