The S.E.A. Aquarium attracts visitors from all over the globe. And for good reason, as here you can enjoy seeing the 100,000+ sea creatures that the S.E.A. Aquarium keep in their magical marine. The aquarium contains over 45 million litres of water and you’ll be able to see everything from leopard sharks to squadrons of manta rays.
With over 800 species here, the S.E.A. Aquarium has grouped the animals into 10 different zones according to their habitat. Take a look at the colourful fish in the Bay of Bengal, the fascinating residents of the Straits of Malacca & Andaman Sea and the Great Lakes of East Africa. And you have to visit the Shark Seas, a deadly tank of over 200 fierce-toothed predators. In here, the S.E.A. Aquarium is careful to protect a number of endangered sharks including the Scalloped Hammerhead and the Silvertip - one of the most aggressive sharks in the world.
Finish your visit with the Open Ocean habitat which is located right in the centre of the aquarium. This enormous, all-consuming, tank makes you feel like you’re sitting on the ocean floor. While away the minutes staring into the watery abyss and take in some of our ocean’s greatest species.
