General Questions

What is a Starline Pass package?

A Starline Pass package includes a range of attractions, experiences and things to do all on one single smartcard. Each pass is loaded with a package of your choice. Your choice of experiences varies depending on which package you choose. Each package provides you with the flexibility to create your own experience.

What are the benefits of a Starline Pass package?

With your Starline Pass, you will receive great savings and value whether travelling alone or as a group. We offer flexible package arrangements to suit your travel plans. Every package offers free admission to loads of top attractions for key tourist destinations aroundLos Angeles. Not only will you save money on your travels but you will also feel supported. Every Starline Pass comes with a free colour attractions guide and you can use the Starline section of the iVenture Card App to help plan your itinerary. Finally, you will have cash free entry to attractions and don’t have to worry about carrying bulky tickets.

Does the Starline Pass come with a guide?

Yes. You will receive a free full colour, easy to reference guide when you pick up your card. The guides provide all of the information that you need about the attractions and it includes a handy map. In addition, you can use the Starline Pass section on the iVenture Crad app and view the specific location and proximity of all of the attractions and experiences included in your package. This can help you plan your travel schedule as well as get street directions. 

Is there a Starline Pass Package for children?

Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. The Athens Attractions Pass is available for children aged between 3 and 11.  No package is necessary for children under 3 years old. Children who are 12 or older will need an Adult package.

Do you have a family  package?

No, currently we don’t offer a family package. Each member of your family will require their own card. However, the savings are still substantial.

How long are the packages valid for?

Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase then the purchased number of consecutive days from first use..

What happens if attraction prices change?

Attraction ticket prices change for time to time, however once you have purchased your Pass, your attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the package you purchased. Attraction price changes won’t affect them

Attractions and Other Venues

Do I need to show ID at the attraction or venue?

No. Your Pass is all you need to gain access to the attraction.

Do the Starline Pass packages include all attractions in a city or region?

Packages offer entry to a large range of the best attractions and venues available in a city or region. The range for each location varies by package and our range is growing all the time. Up to date information about the attractions in each package can be viewed in the included attraction tab on the website.

Are the attractions or venues open at all times?

Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.


Do I have to pre-book for any tours?

Due to limited availability on some tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted this on your guide and on the relevant travel destination website in the attraction details.

Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?

Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your Starline Guide or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.


Can I buy a Starline Pass as a gift?

Yes, iVenture Card packages are an excellent gift for friends and relatives. Cards are activated at the first time of use.

Can I purchase a Starline Pass prior to arrival?

Yes and we recommend it. Packages can be purchased online or at one of our store locations.

Can I return to the same attraction?

No. The Starline Pass is designed to show you around the city and see as many different attractions and experiences. Benefits can only be redeemed once per person.
