The Dam at Raintree

The Dam at Raintree is Denmark's newest venue offering seasonal, local Australian produce with a diverse menu that caters for both casual shared dishes and set menu options. Situated on Raintree Estate; an 880-acre family-run farm producing black Angus cattle, commercial hemp, French black truffles and marron, our restaurant is proud to present a true paddock-to-plate experience. Our on-site distillery, Cannabis Botanical Distillery, produces unique spirits, seltzers and ginger beer from Cannabis sativa (hemp) that are available to taste as you learn about the unique process of hemp farming and distillation. Our tasting paddle is a great option for those wanting to try a little of everything, or if you cant go past a cocktail enjoy one of our signature creations showcasing our unique hemp vodka or gin. The first distillery to use and recycle the whole hemp plant creating uniquely sustainable products with nothing wasted. Modern restaurant with stunning views over water, forrests and surrounding pasture, suitable for casual group dining or more intimate meals.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday with lunch available between 11:30 - 3pm. Tours of our distillery run twice daily at 11am and 3pm and take around 30 - 40 minutes (excludes peak periods). Advanced bookings are required for tours and lunch reservations will be confirmed at the time of booking and must be before 3pm. Please email [email protected] to book.
