Pass Validity Extensions
Firstly please note we have increased the validity of all our passes to 12 month of purchase so should your scheduled plans be pushed back you now have longer to use your pass. Please note from activation of your pass the usual validity applies but you now have 12 months to start using your pass.
Refunds and Cancellations
Reservation cancellations: If you have made a specific reservation with an attraction and can no longer attend please contact the attraction/tour operator directly to cancel your reservation. For Dubai please contact our Dubai office directly for any cancellations on [email protected]
If you are now unable to travel and would prefer to cancel and refund your iVenture Card, Singapore Passion Pass or Dubai Pass you can do so on any unused passes, our customer service team is here to help.
