How do I use my iVenture Card package?

Using your iVenture Card package is as easy as 3 simple steps! Simply choose your package type and pre-purchase online or at one of our conveniently located stores at your destination. You can pick and choose what you want to see and do using your easy reference colour attractions guide and plan your itinerary using our online trip planner. Then simply present your card on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. No cash and no fussy coupons required and the more attractions you visit the more you'll save!

What are the benefits of an iVenture Card package?

With your iVenture Card package you will receive great savings and value whether travelling alone or as a group. We have flexible package arrangements to suit your travel plans and timeframes and every package offers free admission to loads of top attractions for key tourist destinations around the world. Your iVenture Card package comes with a full colour attractions guide to help you with your trip planning so you can see and do all the best things available within your timeframe. The iVenture Card is a 'smartcard' - like a credit card with a computer chip inside - which allows you completely cash free entry or access to your choice of attractions.

Who is an iVenture Card package for?

Anyone who visits one of our travel destinations, currently Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, will benefit from an iVenture Card package. It is perfect for first time visitors, return visitors or locals looking for some fun activities. Every package offers loads of attractions to choose from, all the most popular attraction experiences plus lesser known ones that are bound to thrill and surprise you! iVenture packages are a great idea for independent travellers and unlike tour groups. You can design your own itinerary, change it on the run and using the information in your guide and our online trip planner you'll be able to navigate your way around easily to all the attractions.

Does my iVenture Card package come with a guide?

Yes. You will receive for FREE full colour, easy reference guide with your purchase. You will find information on all the included attractions plus handy maps. You also have access to our online trip planner which will show you the specific location and proximity of all the experiences included in your package. View the proximity of the experiences you want to visit to help plan your travel schedule or zoom in and you'll get detailed street directions. You can even print a copy of the map and take it with you.

Is there an iVenture Card package for children?

Yes. Available for children aged between 4 and 15. For under 4s, no Pass is necessary. Children who are 16 or older will need an adult Pass.

Do you have an iVenture Card family package?

No. There is currently no family package available and each member of your party will require their own. However the savings are substantial for family groups too.

How long is my iVenture Card package valid for?

Validity periods vary by package type and destinations. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to purchase as they vary by destination and package type.

Do I have to use it for consecutive days?

Some packages are valid for use over consecutive days and some are valid for the number of 'tickets' purchased. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to purchase as they vary by destination and package type.

If my package is valid for consecutive days, what time does it run out?

The iVenture Card packages that are valid for consecutive days is based on calendar days, not for 24 hour periods. It will run out on the final day of validity. For example, if you purchase a 2-day Attractions Pass and start to use if on Wednesday, it will be valid for both Wednesday and Thursday.

Does the iVenture Card need to be signed?

Yes. All iVenture Card holders need to sign the back of the Card – both adults and children. For security purposes we recommend that you sign the Card as soon as you receive it. Please note that once signed, no refunds or exchanges can be made.

Attractions

Is ID needed at the attractions?

No. Your iVenture Card is all you need to gain access to the attraction. You will be asked to sign the back of your Card before you start to use it. Once you reach your chosen attractions, simply present your iVenture Card at the admissions point.

How much is the public entry fee to each of the attractions included in my iVenture Card package?

Attraction fees vary greatly if you were to visit without an iVenture Card package. We have published the usual entry fees for each attraction on the relevant destination website, for your ease of reference.

Planning

Do I have to pre-book for any tours?

Due to limited availability on some tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted these in your guide and on the relevant travel destination website.

Can I book in advance for any tours?

Most of the attractions and experiences do not need to be booked in advance. However, if you would like to reserve your place on certain tours and activities, you can. Phone numbers and booking procedures can be found in your guide and on the relevant travel destination website.

Can I buy an iVenture Card package as a gift?

Yes. An iVenture Card package is an excellent gift idea for friends and relatives. Gift giving couldn't be easier! Just pick the destination and package type you would like to give and the recipient can choose what they want to do and when. With so many top attraction experiences on offer, you can't go wrong.

Can I purchase an iVenture Card package prior to arrival at my chosen travel destination?

Yes and we recommend it. All iVenture Card packages can be purchased online or by phone and can be delivered to you or pick up can be arranged at one of our convenient locations. Refer to the relevant destination website for more information.
